This can be used as a practical joke. Once you know that someone will be using the computer after you, go to the annoying sounds page and click Tools > Internet Options and you will see an option to set the homepage for the internet. Click Use Current if you are on the page with the sound and if your not type in the text box http://www.ob1k.com/sound.htm.

Then right click on the toolbars on your internet program. You should see a list of toolbars. Click once on the ones that are checked to uncheck them. (this is so that it takes them longer to find a way to get off the page.)

Then turn you computers sound up to the maximum (or a little lower depending how loud the computer can be.)

Finally, close out of your internet browser and give the next person a chance to get on.

When they get on the internet be sure to watch there expressions! The less the person, getting on after you, knows about computers better it will be to see them trying to shut it off. I tried this joke on my dad and it was pretty funny!

To get the computer back to where it was, recheck the toolbars and change the homepage back to what it was.
